The Administrator defines attributes, service types, their check types, Breakdown structure for each product models. The Administrator also defines the Users and the equipments can be mapped to individual supporters. The Administrator accepts/rejects service scheme change request made by the Coordinators and also equipment transfer request made by either the coordinators or supporters.
